Our first few days at school

There has been so much to take in during our first few days at school. Everyone has done so well and we are really proud of all the Reception children.
Our topic this half term is 'Helping Hands' which is all about people who help us in school and in the local community. We have already talked about some of the professions who help us like doctors, optometrists, dentists, nurses, the police and firefighters. If you have a profession that you would like to share with our children, we would love to hear from you. We have had midwives, doctors, dentists and optometrists visit in past years to talk to the children about their jobs.
